Page app

We can all use a little help in life. Sometimes it’s from technology. Sometimes it’s from actual people. Other times, it’s from both. Enter the Page App.

This personal assistant app connected users to actual people to complete complex tasks. No bots. No algorithms. Just real people helping with personalized solutions.

The challenge

A client asked us to help out on a vision project. The tricky part was that we had to leverage the existing backend dev work to produce a personal assistant app. The good news. The direction was already in place. So we went heads down and kicked off the app to create hypothetical use cases, flows and features.

The journey

We worked closely with the client and their internal teams to create an identity, tasks and visual and interaction design. Fortunately for us, the client was with us right from the start during our weekly check-ins and iterations.

How did content help? We thought of the app name through categorized chaos. We also defined the personality and tone of voice so we could talk to users in the Page way, with actionable content among all the UI and journeys.

How did it go?

The app was well received by the client and internal partners. The beta was deemed successful and was released to a North American test market.
