Skype wanted to become more relevant among the burgeoning younger audience with a mobile-centric redesign. Our team created a unique experience, which included those fun sharing features, onboarding flows, vibrant UI and a new small business platform.

We designed many flows for this project, each matching tone and personality. This was the onboarding flow, which informed users of features.

We created end-to-end support journey for users. It made sense to have feature cards easily accessible for users to select and customize their own experiences.

This prototype app for small businesses. Skype Pro was a project management tool that gave small business owners the power to schedule appointments, manage invoices and track activity.
